SOFH Cayuse Weekend Friday Night Bottle Party

It's been called the party of the year....who are we to argue? Our annual Friday night bottle party is truly legendary, in part because of all of the amazing wines that make their appearance, and also partly because of all of the amazing humans that attend (that's YOU!). For this years event, we'll have our friends from Fiasco Pizza Truck on hand to make you an amazing pizza pie to keep you well fed. As always, we have a theme for the evening, and for this years event, we are sticking with the N. Rhône! Each attendee should bring a bottle of N. Rhône to share with your fellow wine lovers. Big bottles are fun too, so if you have any mags or larger formats, etc are a blast to share with everyone, so dig deep into your N. Rhone sections of your cellar! It would be awesome if you could RSVP with Traci@sofhcellars.com so we can get some idea of attendance. Please invite your wine loving friends

DOORS AT 7pm and show at 8PM!

ABOUT SMALL PAUL
Sunshine and storm clouds converge at the core of Seattle’s harmony-heavy, Folky Rock and Roll band Small Paul. Born in and raised Seattleite Kevin Murphy (leader of The Moondoggies) shares drumming and guitar duties with California’s born and raised Chris King (leader of the Chris King & The Gutterballs). Chris brings bandmate and collaborator Malcolm Roberts into the fold on bass guitar and harmony and Seth McDonald to fill it out on keyboard and harmony (member of Hip Hop band All Star Opera). These different perspectives all pulled together create the vibe that is Small Paul.

ABOUT THE NEW ALBUM

'Come Alive & Live Again' is the debut album from Small Paul produced by Erik Blood (Shabazz Palaces, Tacocat, Moondoggies) in the fall of 2022. While originally bonding over the shared love of Wings, NRBQ sounding records and singing harmony together late into the night, Small Paul became an outlet and excuse to reckon and engage with each individual's own past and present struggles and to use music as an outlet to create light out of dark days. Their debut album, 'Come Alive & Live Again' reflects themes of rebirth and renewal, and pulling oneself into the light. While songs like, “A Midnight Sun”, “Miner for a Dream”, “Live Along” reflect hope for better days today and ahead — “Some Love”, “I Don’t Wanna Die”, and “Sinkin’ like a Stone (acoustic)” are opportunities to reflect on the past and grow, and let go. Then there are lighter upbeat songs like “Laugh it Off” and “Amber Light”, which are reminders to not take yourself so seriously all the time. Furthermore, a reminder to try and have a healthy acceptance and perception of the unpredictability of life.

Small Paul has created a limited edition smokey clear blue vinyl LP of 'Come Alive & Live Again' exclusively for Sleight of Hand Cellars Vine(yl) Club.

Remember the smooth, soft rock sounds of the 70s? Those sultry-swaying, saccharine-sweet songs by artists like Christopher Cross, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Toto, America, Eagles and Hall & Oates?

The Sunset Grooves remember... and they are about to soft rock your socks off!

The Sunset Grooves are Seattle's premiere “Yacht Rock” tribute band, making waves around the Puget Sound since 2017. This five-piece ensemble perform all your favorite 70s and 80s soft rock hits - live (no backing tracks) - injecting a new and undeniably fun energy into these unforgettable songs, while staying true to the original recordings.

But don’t let the genre fool you! The Sunset Grooves do not only delve into “soft rock” territory. They also dabble in disco and careen into classic rock. The only requirements to join their set list is for a song to be memorable, dance-able, era-correct (1973-1983), and above all, fun for the band and audience alike!

All member accounts will recieve two complimentary tickets to the show! There is limited capacity so please only secure tickets if able to attend the show.
