2007 Levitation Syrah

2007 Levitation Syrah

SOLD OUT!!! The 2007 Levitation Syrah is a blend of 100% Syrah grapes, 50% of which were harvested from Les Collines Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, 44% from Lewis Vineyard in the lower Yakima Valley, and 6% from Portteus Vineyard, in the upper Yakima Valley. Blended together, the wine shows the precision of the dense, sweet fruit from Lewis, the opulent aromatics and texture from Les Collines, and extreme minerality from the ancient soils of Portteus. This wine was aged for 11 months in 100% French oak, 20% of which was new. This blockbuster Syrah will easily age for a decade. Pair this wine with grilled meats and feel your spirit Levitate!
